Bug Description
Sound Converter used to work approx a week ago. Now it hangs on conversion from wav to mp3, whether it's of a folder of files or individual file(s). It now hangs.

I've adapted another person's shell script to do what I want Sound Converter to do, namely convert all the .wav files in a directory to .mp3 files placed in another directory. Script is attached.
