Binary package hint: sound-juicer

File name in Preferences should have extra options:

For the latter functionality should exists to determine what Disknumber to use.

The first proposed option would result in:
  %tN %tt
for file_pattern in
  ~/.gconf/apps/sound-juicer/%gconf.xml

Thanks for your report, It already have the TrackNumber - TrackTitle option there, but it doesn't have the second one you mentioned.

Still a bug on ubuntu 11.04
DISK01_01_This_is_the_title.flac

Notice:
  - leading 0 on disk number. Sets with more than 99 disks would be very rare but sets with more than 9 disks not so rare especially for non-music content.
 - leading 0 on track number. Otherwise, players and ls sort tracks incorrectly. Even though rhythmbox and sound-juicer seem to share the same code base, rhythmbox used two digits and sound-juicer used 1.
- No dashes. This is ridiculous
  Disc 1 - 10_-_Waves_Within.flac
- No unnecessary spaces.
- No spaces that don't get converted to underscores when you click the option to convert inappropriate characters to underscores.

grip let user configure the file naming exactly the way you wanted it. You can provide easy options for dummies but don't drag everyone down to the windoze user least common denominator. Format strings should be provided and the easy options would just be a list of predefined format strings.
