MD5 checksums not generated for FLAC files

Bug Description

When ripping from CD to FLAC, checksums are not being generated and stored in the metadata.

metaflac --list x.flac | grep MD5

For FLAC files generated with sound-juicer, the checksum is a bunch of zeros. It should be the actual checksum instead. For files that were ripped as ogg then converted with Audacity to FLAC, they have the right checksum.
