sound juicer rip in .ogg format even when .mp3 is configured

On using

settings -> configuration > outputformat -> MP3 layer

sound-juicer keeps on .ogg frmat for ripped files.

That should not be.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Install sound-juicer
2.Insert an audio cd
3.sart sound juicer
4.Use settings -> configuration -> outputformat >MP3 layer
5.rip
6See that the output files are in mp3

Additinal:

A newstart of the program takes no effect

All partner/extra repositories are enabled.

I have to correct that a littel bit.

After finishing the process there are also .mp3 files beside the .ogg files of the same titel.

Should that be.

This produces dublicates, even when they are in different formats.
