sound-juicer profile does not remove from list upon deletion

Bug Description
Binary package hint: sound-juicer
Issue: sound-juicer > Edit > Preferences > Edit Profiles > Select a Profile to Delete... > Delete > Profile is deleted but not removed from Profile list.
Solution: Profile should instantly remove from Profile list upon deletion.
