Bug Description

The /var/log/apt directory is not collected. Log files contained therein are typically very small and it is not excessive to grab the entire directory.

Fixed in https://github.com/sosreport/sosreport/commit/2065df46572265d7fa29e8961c6de0ac7670400d, will make it into 3.1 release.
