Accept Tomcat 7 or Tomcat 8 as a prequisite

The current solr-tomcat package (1.4.1+dfsg1-2ubuntu2) depends on tomcat6 (>=6.0.20). Tomcat 7 is already out there so i wish the Ubuntu Solr package would also be satisfied by the tomcat7 -package.

I'll target this for raring as I ran out of time to complete this work in the quantal cycle; backport should be possible for quantal once the work is done.

I am curious to hear how other Ubuntu users prefer to run their Solr these days. As of writing, the current Solr is 4.10.3 and Tomcat is at 7.0.57 and 7.0.15, both of which have Ubuntu packages for recent, albeit not the most latest version. It is not so hard to download Tomcat and manage to run it under a separately installed Tomcat container installed via packages tomcat7 or tomcat8, but it would of course be nice to have the most recent Solr automatically by installing solr-tomcat.
