error with add-apt-repository 's document on remove opinion

Bug Description

When you want to remove a ppa with "sudo add-apt-repository --remove <ppa name>", the prompt is: You are about to add the following PPA to your system.

The fix has already been committed to the trunk of the project, so it should be available in the development version of Ubuntu (Precise Pangolin) soon, after the next version gets uploaded. It did not get backported along with some other softwareproperties fixes because it would need the new strings translated in all languages.
