Bug Description
Running update manager and then a warning of a system failure appeared. I clicked report. Then after running the software update this error came up and I reported it.
Ran software update from menu (wrench) on right top "Software Up to Date"

TO add to the report, It did install the updates. I reran software updates, checks, with no new updates and then closed with no error.
