Bug Description

I recently wanted to choose a closer mirror than the default archive.ubuntu.com. I live in Boston, so I figured one of the local universities like MIT might have one. But there was no easy way to quickly scroll to where an MIT entry might be.

The entries were sorted by the very beginning of the subdomain name (so archive.harvard.edu went before mirror.harvard.edu). And since the subdomain name each site picks is rather arbitrary, the sorting doesn't help much.

It might be at least a little useful if you sorted by the base domain name (like harvard.edu vs mit.edu). That way, if you knew what you were looking for, it would be easier to find.

I don't think the current sorting is doing anyone any favors.
