Use a list instead of a set for components list

Bug Description

Currently, the "Software Sources" dialog has this order of sources:

* universe
* main
* multiverse
* restricted

I would propose to change this to:

* main
* restricted
* universe
* multiverse

since that gives a cleaner look (main & restricted are almost always checked, while universe and multiverse aren't)

Hmm, my intention was not to make it a listview or something, but just to change the order of the items...

The components appear to be in a reasonable order now (Main, Universe, Restricted, Multiverse). I'm going to mark this fixed released, unless for some reason the order is inconsistent (which a set might do in python).
