[a11y] Option to disable auto-open of update-manager

Binary package hint: update-manager

Update-manager starts up everytime you boot the computer if there are some new package updates are available. It is quite annoying for blind users.

Perhaps the some updates available dialog box should provide an option to disable update-manager from prompt to do the upgrades at boot time.

From what I understand it not the same issue.
Arky, correct me if I'm wrong. This report is about update-notifier launching update-manager when a user logs in and there it offers no option disable it. However the key "/apps/update-notifier/auto_launch" allows one to disable the autolaunch of update-manager and display a notification instead, but there's not possibility to change it from the software-properties dialog. I'm reaffecting this report to software-properties.

bug 522452 is about a script checking for a release upgrade when displaying the motd.
