software-properties-gtk will not start

When i am trying to start the software properties, it won´t start.

From terminal:

I found out how to fix it:

sudo chmod a+x /usr/share/python-apt/templates/Ubuntu.info

sudo gedit /usr/share/python-apt/templates/Ubuntu.info

add this code before before Suit: karmic
