enabling proposed only adds deb line to apt.source, deb-src missing

Bug #301602 reported by Andy Whitcroft

Bug Description

When ticking the 'Proposed updates (intrepid-proposed)' tick box the line below is added to sources.list:

deb http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ intrepid-proposed restricted main multiverse universe

but no equivalent deb-src line is added. These are added for security correctly. This prevents you trivially getting the source for the version of a package you are running should it be in -proposed.
