I cant open apt GUI

Bug Description

Binary package hint: apt

I cant open apt GUI from System->Manage->Source manager, Synaptic and Update working normal. I use Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha4.

Could you paste the output of running software-properties-gtk from the terminal?

but apt is running and settable

With Alpha5 or with some update it is solve.
