window cannot be resized when using nvidia drivers

Bug Description
1)$ lsb_release -rd
No LSB modules are available.
Description: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

3) Expected resizing of window with a mouse cursor
4) Mouse cursor is not changed, window cannot be resized
This bug is not software-
Everything is working as intended if using nouveau video driver.
I tried nvidia-driver-535 and nvidia-driver-550. Both show this bug.

Further research made me find out that this issue is related to mutter bug https:/ /gitlab. gnome.org/ GNOME/mutter/ -/issues/ 3404
The workaround by running the command:
$ pkill -HUP mutter-x11-fram
fixes this behaviour
