Bug Description

If a ppa is added to the system, and then the ppa is deleted, add-apt-repository fails to remove it, e.g.:

$ sudo add-apt-repository -r ppa:ubuntu-support-team/add-apt-repository
ERROR: ppa 'ubuntu-support-team/add-apt-repository' not found (use --login if private)

the script should remove the source.list entry, which can be calculated even if the ppa doesn't exist anymore.
