Default keys cannot be restored from keyserver

Hi all,

the default keys for trustworthy software sources are gone (or at least won't display) in software-properties-gtk in Groovy Gorilla MATE.

I tried to recreate them by using the button in bottom right corner. After entering system password no change seems to be done.

However, keyserver de.archive.ubuntu.com seems to work for updates.

Can this be fixed easily?
