software-properties-gtk should have --disable-component to disable specified component of the distro's repositories

Bug Description

software-properties-gtk already has

  -e ENABLE_COMPONENT, --enable-component=ENABLE_COMPONENT
                        Enable the specified component of the distro's
                        repositories

but do not have option to disable specified component of the distro's repositories.

Consider to add such functionality.
