[SRU] Add support for mitaka cloud-archive

Please add support for:

   cloud-archive:mitaka
   cloud-archive:mitaka-proposed

This will also need to be SRU'ed back to trusty.

[Impact]
End users have to manually enable the mitaka cloud archive pockets.

[Test case]
sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:mitaka
sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:mitaka-proposed

[Regression potential]
Limited - just a data item addition

Accepted software-properties into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-properties/0.92.37.7 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
