Bug Description

On do-release-upgrade, this deb line is commented out:

Before
0 jan@muizenberg:/etc/apt/sources.list.d$cat aims-aims-desktop-precise.list
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/aims/aims-desktop/ubuntu precise main
# deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/aims/aims-desktop/ubuntu precise main

After
0 jan@muizenberg:/etc/apt/sources.list.d$cat aims-aims-desktop-precise.list
# deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/aims/aims-desktop/ubuntu precise main # disabled on upgrade to trusty
# deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/aims/aims-desktop/ubuntu precise main

Once do-release-upgrade is done, running apt-add-repository enables the deb line and changes it to "trusty" inside the file, but leaves 1) the filename as precise, and 2) leaves the commented deb-src line at precise.

Both could be upgraded to "trusty"
