Can't change the update server

Hi
I'm traying to change the server from Portugal to main server and the update-manager, siftware center or synaptic don't make the change. I select the main server but it stays in the Portugal Server

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported as I can't reproduce the issue using Ubuntu 18.04.
