Bug Description
It would be nice if PPA keys were added to PPA-specific keyrings under trusted.gpg.d for the same reason entries are added to PPA-specific files under sources.list.d instead of the main sources.list.
The attached patch should implement this.

The attachment "ppa-specific- keyrings. patch" seems to be a patch. If it isn't, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers, unsubscribe the team.
