Bug Description

Adding a PPA with apt-add-repository does not add other PPAs that it depend on (as set with "Edit PPA dependencies" in Launchpad).

Launchpad already exposes archive dependencies (see dependencies_collection_link on https://api.launchpad.net/+apidoc/devel.html#archive)
