software-properties-kde and policykit1 translation is a mix between english and german

Hi,

in the german version of Kubuntu, we have a mixture of english and german in software-properties-kde and policykit1-kde. As far as I recall, the affected versions are at least Kubuntu 12.04 and the upcoming 12.10.

Being a member of the Ubuntu German Translators, it would be easy for me to fix this. But it seems like that I do not have access anymore to the packages which are related to Kubuntu, as Kubuntu is now shifted to Universe instead of the Main repository.

So, if you guys could point/lead me somehow (considering that I am not the sharpest knife in the box, when it comes to using Launchpad...) to the package »software-properties-kde« and »policykit1-kde« or point me to the german language file(s) of the package »software-properties-kde« and »policykit1-kde«, I would translate everything into german, so that it is right and the complaints about this issue stop....

as far as I know, the GTK-version of software-properties is 100% translated, because in Ubuntu Precise (with Unity Desktop) and Xubuntu Precise (XFCE), this issue does not exist. Only the Kubuntu (KDE) version is affected.

A few month, as to be honest since the release in April there is no reaction on this bugreport, as a result of this i have defintely slowed down my activity on bug reporting+ any other activities within launchpad.

The errorfixing on such bugs don't take such a long time in other distributions. A long while I 'm using Ubuntu now. For a LTS this ist poor performance.

I think I will take a long for other daughters of Linux this Year too. Even if there is a tear in the eye.
