Bug Description

I run Precise Pangolin but the problem is there since Natty

I purchase world-of-goo - I was on natty - and at that time i was using an email address provide by my internet provider.
Since that time - I change the internet provider and obviously my email adress changed.

Since then - world-of-goo - is showned in the software center but - the installation is impossible. The information associate to the launchpad account is corrupted. I purchase other software via the software center and by using a new email address and i have no problem.

However, there is no way to clean the information in the lauchpad account. (could we?)

I still have the same error message. The software center is running
about 5 minutes or more and at the end i've got the following:

"W:Failed to fetch
https://private-ppa.launchpad.net/commercial-ppa-uploaders/world-of-goo/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-i386/Packages The requested URL returned error: 401
, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old
ones used instead."
