The code to download has worked successfully for a year but has failed recently except for eCalibre updates:

Michael Hi,
I think you filed this bug to the wrong package to be sure could you please add some steps to reproduce.
In software center we don't have any magazines called Technology Review.
I think this is meant to go against eCalibre in which case could you do the following in a terminal please:
apport-collect -p ecalibre 989229
