Bug Description

Step to reproduce with Unity 5.10:
Click on the install button of an application in the Ubuntu Software Center (on click starts the animation). At the password prompt click cancel.

What happens:
The application icon is still present in the launcher.

What is expected:
The application icon is automatically removed from the launcher since the installation has been cancelled.

Proposed Solution:
Maybe the animation should start on confirm button's click of password prompt

summary: - App's icon remains in launcher also if I've cancelled his installation
+ App's icon remains in launcher also if I've cancelled its installation

I believe the fix for this is in the Unity domain as this behavior involved no interation with Software Center, so I will remove the Software Center target. Please note that this is a regression with recent Precise releases, as this has worked correctly for many cycles.

Many thanks!

Bah! Again, please ignore my comment #4 completely. Triaging too many launcher integration bugs at the same time!! :/

This bug should be fixed in Software Center per Bilal's comment #2.
