Cannot see other hosts in sync view

I have two computers, one desktop (fidel) and one notebook (quentin) with up-to-date 12.04. I want to sync applications using ubuntu software center. In both computers I only see the local host listed. If I log in to login.ubuntu.com I can see:

Although this is listed, neither the desktop nor the notebook can sync programs installed in the other pc.

I have the same problem.

Login.ubuntu.com shows all my machines are logging in, but in Ubuntu Software Centre the last sync is 2012-11-19, almost a year ago. On new installations, no other machines show.

On older installations where USC used to work, the other machines are shown but the list of applications on my other machines never appears, and the timer logo rotates continually, like it's trying to connect or sync but can't.
