Visual tweak: "Recommended For You" opt-in panel header is missing its bottom border

Ubuntu Software Center 5.1.13, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin

If you are not currently opted in to recommendations, the following is the last remaining visual tweak needed in the opt-in panel:

* the heading should have a bottom border, like it does in the tiled sections

With the latest branch from kiwinote this should be much better. Please check current trunk and let me know if that is good now or if more needs to change.

Yes, that is much better, thanks Kiwinote. I see three things still to fix:
* the heading should have a bottom border, like it does in the tiled sections
* the button and caption should align horizontally with the heading
* the caption should be small and grey, like the category counts or the "X of Y people found this review helpful".

The following tweaks went out today with software-center 5.1.13:

Remaining is just to add a bottom border to the opt-in header panel:

The Precise Pangolin has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that release
