Software center can not install multiple packages at a time

Bug Description

There is no option to install multiple packages at once. I wanted to install Xmoto, but too many packages had installed, so I had to download Synaptic.

Others have requested this capability, therefore I'll set it to wishlist and triaged as we have enough information to at least move this to the next step, which is to design now the UI implementation.

This is especially bad when you are installing a big application that takes many hours to download and you want to install some small applications while its downloading. See my screenshot for an example.
