software-center crashed with AttributeError in _decode_value(): 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'decode'

I tried to open apt-url in Firefox, then browser let me open it in Software Center. I've agreed and Software Center was started, but it crashed at opening with white window.
Sorry for my very bad English, I'm russian student :)
