Bug Description

The "Progress" animation in the navigation bar is slightly blurry.

Probably this is because it is aligned on a pixel fraction. This was previously a problem for the other icons in the navigation bar, but Cimi fixed this by rounding the position to an integer. I guess the same needs doing here.

Is there something that needs to be done on the Software Center side here? Please let us know, then set the status to Confirmed. Thanks!

USC is the only place where this Progress icon is used, so it does need fixing in USC.
