Unable to re-install purchase from Software Center

Every time I try to re-install Steel Storm Burning Retribution from the Software Center using the option "Reinstall previous purchases" after a while I get the following message.

W:Failed to fetch https://private-ppa.launchpad.net/commercial-ppa-uploaders/steel-storm2/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/binary-amd64/Packages The requested URL returned error: 401
, W:Failed to fetch https://private-ppa.launchpad.net/commercial-ppa-uploaders/steel-storm2/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/binary-i386/Packages The requested URL returned error: 401
, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I am running Ubuntu 11.10, upgraded to the latest today. It was a clean install, not an upgrade from previous versions.

Where do I have to go to ask get help on re-installing purchase from Ubuntu Software Centre?

I have the same problem on 11.10 with some but not all packages

Crossover Games for Ubuntu 11.10 - OK
Illumination Software Creator for Ubuntu 11.04 - Fails
Vendetta Online for Ubuntu 10.10 - Fails

I think it worth mentioning that both Vendetta and Illumination were purchased on previous ubuntu releases and installed ok at the time of purchase.

Is it possible the problem is only experienced when reinstalling purchases from previous releases?

I was able to resolve my issue, I noticed the user name on the source for Crossover was different, I must have changed my Ubuntu One user name between natty and oneiric releases.

I was able fix this 401 error by editing the auto added software sources to include my new user name, the software centre could not install the packages but i was able to update and install from the terminal.

In my case I haven't changed anything, still the same account, still unable to re-download the purchase.

I meant I haven't changed my account but I purchased it on Ubuntu 11.04 and reinstalled my PC with 11.10 and now it's impossible to reinstall the game
