Fallo al descargar los archivos de paquetes

Tengo conexion a internet, y me sale el error Fallo al descargar los archivos en paquetes ,cuando intento instalar o borrar un programa.
Como verificar la conexion de Internet ,cuando me dice" Comprobar la conexion de Internet"

Thanks for reporting. I do not speak Spanish - could you please write in English next time, by the way? - but I think Software Center told you that it could not download some packages and asked you to check your Internet connection.

To do that, just open a Web browser and navigate to a Web site, for example <http://es.archive.ubuntu.com/> (this is the Spanish mirror site for Ubuntu). If it shows up, then your Internet connection is working and either 1) the server Software Center is connecting to is not available, or 2) Ubuntu failed to detect your connection.

Could you please specify:
-if the problem you reported happens every time, and, if yes,
-what the contents of your /etc/apt/sources.list file are and what type of Internet connection you use?

I have the same problem, it apears to happend only when the internet connection is via wifi.
But internet is going well.

My /etc/nat/sources.list files is:

Sorry for the delay - I have not received the notification that a new message was left here.

@devta: Your sources.list file looks good. You said you're connected via Wifi only; that seems strange, since Wifi connections should be detected by NetworkManager (thus, the Internet connection status reported by that component should be truthful). Could you please answer these questions, so that we're able to determine where the bug is in a more precise way?
1) Does the bug happen every time or at random (perhaps in an area with low signal, only when the installation takes a long time to download the packages...)?
2) Try connecting to a different Wifi network, if possible. Does the bug happen even in that situation?
3) Try to change your sources.list file: replace all occurrences of "http://es.archive.ubuntu.com/" with "http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/". This will make apt-get use another mirror, just to make sure that no mirror problem is causing this situation. Then, run "sudo apt-get update" and try installing some packages.
4) Finally, if the problem still persists, could you please:
-tell me if, when the error occurs, you are able to navigate to "http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/" and "http://es.archive.ubuntu.com/" with your Web browser, and
-open <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingNetworkManager> and gather the information described there, attaching it to this bug report?

it seems your dpkg status file got corrupted - try applying the solution described here: <http://thepcspy.com/read/fixing-dpkg-status-corruption/>
