software center source does not include zh_TW.po

Bug Description

I check the software-center package, and find out that zh_TW.po file is not included in po directory. Please include it.

I download the source tar at link below:

Thanks for your bugreport.

The translations are automatically export into ubuntu language packages, e.g. language-pack-zh-hans.
So its ok if the source is behind what LP has. We should still sync it though.
