Bug Description

software-center 4.1.23.7, Ubuntu 11.10 beta
Ubuntu Software Center 5.0, Ubuntu 11.10 beta

1. Launch USC.
2. While the spinner is displaying in the main pane, close the window.
3. Quickly relaunch USC.

What happens: It appears to crash.

1.start ubuntu.
2.start software center.
3.close software center.
4.start software center.
Then wait for a while and then quit himself.

The video also showed what happens.

I can reproduce this bug, and triggered crash report bug 863439 while doing so.

Launching the first and second instances in separate terminals, when the second instance crashed, this appeared in the first terminal:
