Bug Description
Ubuntu Software Center 4.1.22.1, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1
1. From "All Software", search for "gcompris".
2. Click on "Educational suite GCompris" and click "Install".
3. Wait for the installation to finish.
4. Double-click on "Data files for GCompris" (gcompris-data).
5. Click Back.
What happens:
3. gcompris-data still appears in the list as not being installed.
4. gcompris-data appears, in its own screen, as being installed.
5. gcompris-data appears, in its own screen, as being installed.
What should happen:
3. The "Installed" emblem immediately disappears not just from GCompris, but gcompris-data too.
The opposite problem happens when GCompris is removed: gcompris-data still shows as installed when it isn't.

The 'software-center' package is no longer included in any supported release of Ubuntu. Closing as "Invalid" in order to tidy the list of outstanding Papercuts tasks.
