Bug Description
Installing Wine in Oneiric presents a checkbox to add Wine's .desktop launcher to the panel.
However, this .desktop file is actually useless as a launcher - it's added solely to open other types of files, since Wine is not an application that you open by itself. Software center needs a mechanism for having this option be overridden.

software-center should actually check if there is a exec line in the file.
