Bug Description
software-center trunk r2261, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1
1. Accidentally resize the USC window as small as possible.
What happens: The window ends up 138 pixels wide and 232 pixels high.
What should happen: The window is always wide enough to show all the navigation buttons and at least a small search field.
This is a recent regression.

An ideal minimum size would be 730x470 to fit all the toolbar controls, and be able to see the complete what's new/Top rated section (after scrolling down, to a bit below the banner). See the screenshot to see what would be visible at that resolution. wiki.ubuntu. com/BugSquad
