software-
1. From the "Installed" menu, choose any of the items.
2. Click "All Software".
3. Open the "Installed" menu again.
What you see: One of the menu items has a radio mark • next to it.
What you should see: No radio mark. The menu items should all be normal items, not radio items.

Without the items being radio items, how will the users be able to see which section do they see? I think the radio item usage is appropriate here, could you specify why do you consider otherwise? I agree that there is a problem, by default nothing is selected, but by changing the radio items to normal menu items the user will not be able to tell the current list's origin.
