Bug Description

Ubuntu Software Centre 4.1.15, Ubuntu Ocelot
software-center-gtk3 trunk 2114, Ubuntu Ocelot

1. Download a standalone .deb package, such as Opera. http://www.opera.com/browser/download/
2. Open the package in USC.

What you see: Apart from the lack of icon, it looks just like a normal package screen.
What you should see: "Its visual design should hint that this is a little less safe than installing a package from a repository. " <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter#gdebi>

Changed in software-center (Ubuntu):
importance: Undecided → Medium

Maybe it should also give a warning/question if the package that the user wants to install is already in one of the repositories.
