Add Show/hide technical packages toggle to the View menu

Bug Description

The Show/hide technical items toggle should also be present in the View menu, as it logically also belongs there.

Could you give us some examples of packages which are available in Synaptic but not available in Ubuntu Software Center? Did you toggle showing the technical items (by default, Software center only displays application, you have to click the bottom bar to show the technical items=standard packages)?

Oops! I honestly didn't notice that.
That's what I was looking for.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to add that to the "View" drop-down menu. For
those who overlook the "show technical items" button, that would be the
next menu to look in.
Again, sorry for the confusion, I probably thought the UI element was
just a label and ignored it without realising it.
