Message 'This App has not been reviewed yet' without network connection

TEST CASE:
1. Disconnect the system from the network
2. Select a featured Application with reviews

Result:
A the bottom of the page a message is displayed 'This app has not been reviewed' but actually is has been reviewed.

For me, the no network connection message is also displayed above the not reviewed message, is it displayed for you? What would be the right fix for this? Not displaying anything but the no network connection message or showing one about the reviews could not be fetched and are not saved locally?

Indeed there is a 'network unavailable' message but there is UI inconsistency between the 'Stars' displayed for the package which shows that the package has been reviewed and the message 'This app has not been reviewed'

A solution would be to hide this message if there is no network available and s-c is unable to fetch the reviews.

This is fixed in 14.04: The area instead says "No network connection - Connect to the Internet to see more reviews."
