Just open software center to install vlc player, while installation software center also says that need remove one tar package to continue installation

again the second error at the same time, look on comment above.

Just installed Ubuntu 11.10 alpha 2 and updated and it still happening while installing almost anything. The last time i was trying to install flashplayer plugin.
