Add the possibility to review different version of the same app

Binary package hint: software-center

If i review an app i won't be able to review it again when it gets an update with new features, bugfix... and my opinion on it would change with the update but i will not change my review in the software center

Hi Matteo, thanks for your report. Actually, your suggestion is already being considered for inclusion in Software Center in Oneiric, more details in the spec:

   usefulness ratings) when new major versions happen so that such reviews don't get lost due
