Software item screen rating count and number of reviews don't match

1. Navigate to the screen for Syncropated.

What you see:
* "2 ratings"
* "This app has not been reviewed yet"

What you should see: The number of ratings and the number of reviews should always be the same.

Also note, that for me many packages are rated, but without any reviews (e.g. Aislerot Solitaire 12 ratings, 0 reviews, Blender 14 ratings, 0 reviews, etc.)
