Bug Description
Binary package hint: software-center
Since I upgraded to Ubuntu 10.10, Software Center refuses to start. I've tried re-installing without any improvement. I'm using Ubuntu release 11.04, and Software Center version 3.0.7. I've tried typing 'software-center' into terminal and it gave me the following response:

Hi Engr, thanks for taking the time to report this bug. This issue has actually been reported previously in bug 630248, so I will mark this bug as a duplicate of that one. If you take a look at that bug you will note that it has been fixed in Software Center version 3.1.5 in Natty.
Based on the number of duplicates for this bug in Maverick, we might consider nominating this for fixing in Maverick as well. Please feel free to comment in bug 630248.
Thanks again for your help!
