Quick search must return exact match on package name first

Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

Since a recent update this week, quick search in software-center doesn't return packages with an exact match against the package name as first in the list.
This error shows up with common names used as package name:
hello (returns python-pyparsing)
the (returns djview)
ant (returns gant when you show all the technical items)
