[New Feature] Software center shall give indication(e.g. window shock) to user if the software installation is block by another synaptic app running.

Binary package hint: software-center
An indication to user would be better.
In my case, I clicked "install" some software in "Software Center" . But after a long time, I notice that it still pending for my another synaptic instance to close. Thus I propose if you can add window shock or bring "Software center" window to front to notify user.
